- Human capital firm Aspire has been shortlisted for the prestigious John McNulty Award. It has become the first Indian company to be among final contenders of the prize conferred by the Aspen Institute of the US.
- The Gurgaon-based firm will compete with four other companies from across the world for the USD 100,000 award to be announced in November.
- The John McNulty award recognises young social entrepreneurs who have made lasting contributions to their communities and towards addressing the social, economic and political challenges confronting them.
- Aspire has partnered with educational institutions across India to train students and address the job-talent disparity. The talent development company then acts as a bridge between the students and companies seeking talent.
